The issue of being redirected to the Support Portal instead of the Contently Dashboard arises because Portfolios must be submitted for approval to become public.
Reviews are conducted every Monday, and users should check the status every Tuesday. If approved, users receive an email with a training link to enable their portfolio to surface to clients.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Submit Portfolio for Approval:
- Access the Portfolio Submission Form: Portfolio Submission Form
- Complete and submit the form for review by the Creative Marketplace team.

Review Process:
- Portfolios are reviewed every Monday.
- If approved, the portfolio will be made public, and the user will receive an email with a training link.

Post-Approval Actions:
- Complete the required training to enable the portfolio to surface to clients and creative leads.
- Check the portfolio status every Tuesday to confirm public visibility.
