In Contently portfolios, external (non-Behance) clips may show an undesired Publication title, often a domain-style string. 

For example, a customer might say that "portfolio clips are displaying “purdue.edu” and cannot be changed to “Purdue University” in the UI." 

Solution

This is a platform limitation, not a permissions issue.

Please recreate publication entries on their portfolio with the correct titles. When creating the publications, you have the option to edit them.

Any publication titles that are automatically pulled are usually based on the domains of the clip links.

However, once the publication is added to the portfolio, it cannot be updated later.
