Overview

You can change the email address associated with your Contently account by updating it in your in-app profile settings and saving your changes. If you cannot log in after updating your email, use the Forgot Password flow to set a password for the new email address, then sign in with the updated email.

Solution

1. Log in to Contently

   Sign in using your current email address and password.

2. Open your profile settings

   Go to: https://contently.com/account/profile 

3. Update your email address
   • Edit the email field to the new email address.
   • Click Save.
4. If prompted or if login fails afterward, reset your password
   • On the login page, select Forgot Password.
   • Complete the password reset for the new email address.
   • Log in using the updated email and your new password.
