Build your own custom integration with Contently's API to seamlessly incorporate your content into your chosen CMS. Please note, the Contently content can be pulled out but content cannot be pushed into the Contently platform through this API.

Follow these steps to set up a Contently API integration for your publication:
Note: You will need Admin privileges on the account to perform these actions.
1. Accessing Integration Settings: Log in to Contently and go to the Integrations page in your Publication settings.
2. Select Publications: Click "All publications" in the dropdown to view all integrations for your organization.
3. Add Contently API Credentials: Click "Add Integration" to add Contently API credentials to your publication.
4. Integration Naming: Enter a distinct name for your integration to easily identify it among others.
5. Publication Selection: Choose the publications you want to link with this integration; it can be shared across multiple publications. Click "Save."
6. API Key Generation: Upon saving, your API key will be generated.
Note: Your new integration will be visible on the Integrations Page in Contently. Manage and edit your integration settings, and access the installation guide and API key conveniently from this page.
