Navigating to Content Strategy

Action: Hover over the top right corner of your avatar and click on "Publication Settings."

Details: This will take you to the content strategy page where you can manage goals, audiences, voice and style, and pillars.

Managing Content Requests

Action: Navigate to the "Ideation" section and select "Content Requests."

Details: Use this tool to gather content requests from internal members. Design intake forms that do not require a Contently account for submission.

Creating a Story

Action: Hover over the plus icon in the top right corner and click "Create Story."

Details: Fill out the story brief, including title, section, pillars, audience, publication date, word count, SEO keywords, and images.

Workflow Management

Action: Add or edit workflow steps by collapsing or expanding the workflow section.

Details: Assign due dates and team members to each step. The workflow is flexible and can be edited at any time.

Action: Claim the story to start editing.
